Learn how to bake bagels

This is a 4 hour learning all about bagels, where they came from and how to bake them from scratch at home.
This is ideal for people who want to learn how to bake bagels and also for team building, hen days out and private parties.

The day will start with a hot bagel and a drink. Then after a safety briefing we'll get cracking with learning about the organic ingredients that we use and in no time you will be weighing and handshaping bagels.  

There will be refreshments throughout the day and you will also enjoy a bagel lunch.
